Product information and pricing

Review dimensions, materials, included items, and care information before ordering. Colors may appear differently across screens. Display accessories are included only when expressly stated. Checkout displays the order currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and final total.

If a material pricing, description, or availability error affects your order, we’ll contact you with available options. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase the agreed payment without your approval.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Processing begins after payment confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we’ll contact you and refund payments collected for the unfulfilled items.

Processing and shipping

Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Returns and refunds

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days of receipt and ship approved returns within 14 calendar days of approval. Returned items are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Your payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, shipping arrangements, and full return instructions.

Use, care, and consumer rights

Follow the care, installation, and safety instructions supplied with each product. Do not assume a decorative item is food-safe, watertight, suitable for outdoor use, or compatible with an open flame unless its product information states so.
