Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Email service@uyhklqp.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

Wait for approval and return instructions before sending a package. Ship approved returns within 14 calendar days of approval. The designated return address may differ from our business address.

Return condition and eligibility

Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original condition, with included components and accessories. Include original packaging where reasonably possible. Decorative items should be free from signs of installation or use.

Personalized items, clearly identified final-sale items, and used consumable items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when the restriction was disclosed before purchase. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Broken, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. Do not handle sharp fragments unnecessarily or return broken items until we provide instructions.

We’ll review the issue and explain the appropriate resolution and any return arrangements.

Return shipping and packaging

Before you send a return, we’ll confirm the destination, shipping arrangements, applicable return shipping costs, and whether original shipping charges are refundable for your situation. Any proposed deduction will be explained before you proceed.

Pack fragile items securely with suitable cushioning and keep your shipping receipt and tracking details until the return is complete. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Inspection and refund timing

We review returned items within 5 business days of receiving them and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. Actual posting times vary. Contact your provider and our team if the refund has not appeared after that period.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Cancellations, exchanges, and your rights

Contact us immediately for cancellations. A cancellation may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins. For an exchange, contact us first to confirm availability and the appropriate process. This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.
